99.5% of our deliveries are on time. If it is late we will send you £20 cashback instantly, excluding gift hamper products. If you are unhappy with your package for any reason we will collect it free of charge and offer a full refund.
- Choose your luxury package & any extras you need.
- Add your items to the basket & checkout, add all of your contact and delivery address information. Choose the date & time you need delivery using the ordering calendar. If you do not know your new University address yet please tick the ‘Dont know my address box’
- We will email you 3 days before your package is due to be delivered. Confirming all of the details. Our dedicated courier will contact you with parcel tracking details. If you have ticked the ‘dont know my address box’ and we have not received your new address within three days of your delivery date we will contact you to find out. We only need 24 hours to change delivery addresses
- Pay securely using your debit/credit card or Paypal account. Alternatively call us to pay over the phone.
- All packages are recorded, insured, tracked and signed for.
