Always make sure you know where your drink is always. As scary as it sounds, you should be responsible for pouring and holding your own beverages, especially around new people. No matter the circumstance, one nights out be safe! It’s a new environment that you’re not used to, have fun but be aware.

If you are uncomfortable being at an event or a situation, take yourself out of it or consider your feelings before it happens. It is important to take care of your mental health as it is a new chapter in your life which can be a big change, so take control of your situations and only be involved with events you are comfortable doing!
