At University you will find an invisible force called procrastination, this strange force is as real as gravity or sound, this force stops you doing what you should be doing.
Classic scenario, you are sat in the library at University, you have a 2000 Essay due in exactly 4 days, you haven’t even started. The internet, friends, memes, GIFS, social events, phones and so on all contribute to procrastination.

Here is one – The Pomodoro Technique
This technique involves 25 minutes of work, followed by a five-minute break. It is incredibly effective for starting a task you are putting off, it turn the daunting prospect of starting a 2000-word essay or revising for a three-hour exam, the concept is simple – anyone can work for just 25 minutes! Try it out.
It will help you to focus, and produce better work – in our experience the 5 minute break usually goes after a while and you get into the coveted ‘Zone.’ starting is always the hardest part!
